WEDSIGHT PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. What is Personal Information?
Personal Information is any information that is about an identifiable individual. Examples of Personal Information include, but are not limited to home addresses, email addresses, credit card information, phone numbers, images of an individual, voices, birth dates, anniversaries, opinions, preferences and biographical information about an individual.

2. Does Nutshell collect Personal Information?
Nutshell Media Inc. ("Nutshell") is in the business of offering our clients the tools to build, update and manage their own personalized websites. Nutshell collects personal information from those individuals who register for a Wedsight (the "Registrant"), including addresses, wedding and reception date, time and location and credit card number if applicable ("Registrant Personal Information"). We will always collect Personal Information by fair and lawful means.

As an application service provider, Nutshell does not control the collection of Personal Information by the Registrants for inclusion as content on a Registrant's Wedsight.

When registering for a Wedsight, Registrants agree to ensure that they obtain any necessary consent to the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information on their personalized Wedsight.

3. How do we use Personal Information?
We use Personal Information provided to us by Registrants for the purposes of managing and administering the Registrant's account, including billing, communicating with the Registrant and providing technical support and service; and, with consent, to provide Registrants with information about Nutshell products and services.

We also use Personal Information to carry out business transactions; for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the agreement between the Registrant and Nutshell and with laws applicable to Nutshell and its affiliates; for internal administrative purposes such as managing and improving our websites; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

We do not use Personal Information published by Registrants on their personalized Wedsights for marketing purposes except with the individual's express consent.

4. To whom will we provide Personal Information?
Nutshell will limit its disclosure of Registrant Personal Information to circumstances where disclosure is required to carry out a purpose consented to by the individual or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Information posted by Registrants on their personalized Wedsights may be widely disclosed on behalf of the Registrant, through the Internet. Because the Registrant determines the level of security to be applied to the Wedsight and may password-protect some or all of the pages of the Wedsight, the Registrant determines the extent to which the information on his or her Wedsight is provided to others. Nutshell uses a third party provider of dedicated server and hosting services to which all Personal Information is provided for that purpose, and has a contractual agreement with this provider, which includes appropriate privacy standards.

Nutshell may also provide Personal Information:
    (a) to third party service providers including payment processors, couriers and contractors with whom we have a contractual agreement which includes appropriate privacy standards;
    (b) to third parties in the context of a business transaction such as a financing, acquisition or the like. In such circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the information prior to disclosure; and
    (c) as otherwise permitted or required by law

5. How will we ensure the privacy of Personal Information when dealing with our affiliates and third parties?
We will ensure that our affiliates and third parties which are engaged to perform services on our behalf and are provided with Personal Information, have appropriate privacy and security measures.

Our provider of internet hosting services is located in the United States. Access to the server is limited to Nutshell and our agents and as a general rule, the service provider has no access to the contents of the server. However, the Personal information 'resides' in, or may be accessible from, the U.S. and is subject to all the laws of that country, including laws related to national security and anti-terrorism which may permit law enforcement or regulatory agencies to obtain a court order for the disclosure of information held by private businesses.

6. How long will we use, disclose or retain Personal Information?
Subject to our contractual agreement with the Registrant, we will use, disclose or retain Personal Information posted on a Registrants personalized Wedsight for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as permitted or required by law. Upon termination of the agreement between Nutshell and the Registrant in respect of a Wedsight, all data uploaded to that Wedsite will be permanently deleted.

In respect of Personal Information about Registrants, Nutshell will establish minimum and maximum retention periods and procedures for securely maintaining and destroying Personal Information.

7. How can you review Personal Information that we have collected, used or disclosed?
We will make available, upon written request of a Registrant, any specific Registrant Personal Information that we have collected, used or disclosed, to the extent permitted by law. We will make such information available in a form that is generally understandable, including explaining any abbreviations or codes.

All access requests related to Personal Information published on a Wedsight will be directed to that Wedsight's Registrant.

8. How do we ensure the accuracy of Personal Information?
We will ensure that Registrant Personal Information is kept as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary, and rely on the Registrant to update his or her Personal Information as necessary. We do not routinely update Registrant Personal Information.

Registrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Personal Information published on their personalized Wedsight.

9. What if the Personal Information we have is inaccurate?
An individual may, at any time, challenge the accuracy or completeness of the Registrant Personal Information we have about him or her. Upon showing that the Registrant Personal Information we have is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend the Personal Information as required. Where appropriate, we will provide the amended information to third parties having access to the Personal Information.

Any concerns about the accuracy of Personal Information posted by a Registrant on a Wedsight will be directed to the Registrant.

10. How fast will we respond to written requests?
We will attempt to respond to each written requests to access or correct Personal Information, or to withdraw consent, not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of such requests. We will advise the individual in writing if we cannot meet the request within this time limit and of the grounds for any extension of time. An individual has the right to make a complaint to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia in respect of this time limit.

11. Are there any costs for requesting information about Personal Information or about our privacy policies and practices?
There is no charge for obtaining a copy of our Privacy Statement. In limited circumstances, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of transcription, reproduction or transmission of Personal Information. We will not assess any such fee without first providing an estimate. The individual must then tell us within thirty (30) days if they accept the fee and wish to proceed with the request. If the individual does not notify us within that time, we will send a further notice indicating that he or she will be deemed to have withdrawn their request for access unless they advise us otherwise within thirty days. If after the expiry of this thirty-day period, they have not told us whether they wish to proceed or withdraw their request, we will deem their request to have been withdrawn and provide them with written notice to that effect.

12. How do we know that it is really you requesting your Personal Information?
We may request that you provide sufficient identification to permit access to the existence, use or disclosure of your Personal Information. Any such information shall be used only for this purpose unless we have your consent to use or disclose it for other purposes.

13. What safeguards will we implemented to protect Personal Information?
We have implemented physical, organizational, contractual and technological security measures to protect Registrant Personal Information from loss or theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. For example, all credit card payments are processed using an industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. The only employees and contractors who are granted access to Registrant Personal Information, are those with a business 'need-to-know' or who reasonably require such information to carry out their duties.

Personal Information posted by a Registrant on a Wedsight is subject to the security measures applied by the Registrant. The site may be fully or partially password protected, or a password may not be required.

If you have a question or concern about your Personal Information on a Wedsight, please contact the Registrant.
